The rules of the house, stated plainly — how quotes become bookings, how payments and changes work, and where our responsibility begins and ends.
Quotes and confirmations
Every quote is prepared for your dates, group size and hotel category, and remains subject to availability until confirmed. A booking is confirmed only when the house states so in writing (including WhatsApp) after receiving the agreed advance.
Payments
Package bookings take an advance at confirmation, with the balance due before the journey begins unless agreed otherwise in writing. GST and government levies apply as per law and are shown on the quote.
Changes and cancellations
Dates and inclusions can be reshaped before confirmation at no cost. After confirmation, changes and cancellations pass on the actual charges of hotels, airlines, railways and other providers, plus a service charge where applicable — always itemised before you decide.
Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for carrying valid ID, passports and visas. We guide visa applications diligently, but grant or refusal rests solely with the issuing authority; its fees are non-refundable.
Our responsibility
We arrange services — hotels, transport, activities — with care, and step in when things wobble; that is what the register praises us for. We are not liable for delays or events beyond reasonable control (weather, road closures, strikes, provider failures), though we always help re-arrange.

By enquiring you consent to receiving RCS, WhatsApp, email or SMS from Rajadhiraj Tourism & Transport about your enquiry or booking. You may opt out at any time.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
